Publishing access to Field Sites users is provisioned exclusively to team members responsible for posting and maintaining documents to official Comcast sites.
Publishers assigned "Editor" status are permitted to post, maintain, and delete and documents or assets on the subdomains to which they have been assigned.
Although the HQ team makes routine audits of Field Sites for accuracy, Editors are responsible for the contents of the documents they produce.
Step One: Complete an Access Request
You'll start by requesting access to the WordPress CMS and Google Analytics 4 properties you require. This process will provision user accounts in both systems, which will be activated when you complete the second step below.
Step Two: Request Security Clearance via myComcastAccess
Access to all publishing tools is managed via Azure Directory security groups. Request addition of your Azure user account to the appropriate groups in myComcastAccess. Your request must be approved by your immediate supervisor and by the Corporate Communications team before your Editor account will be activated. Service accounts and external accounts are not permitted at this time.
In the near future, we expect to condense this activity to a single step. In the meantime, if you encounter any issues or have any questions, please submit a helpdesk ticket so our team can investigate.
